Management Development Programmes 2024 : Workshop 01 – Negotiation & Decision Making
We’ve just wrapped up the inaugural workshop of 2024, setting the tone for a year of growth, development and transformation within the Sarvodaya Movement. Senior Management Members from various Units immersed themselves in a hands-on, intensive training session on #decisionmaking in the age of big data and honed their #NegotiationSkills.
It was also special and a priviledge to have been guided by none other than Dr. Errol Wirasinghe : academic, trainer and a world-renowned authority in decision-making and negotiation skills training. His expertise brought unparalleled insights to our team, paving the way for enhanced leadership and strategic prowess.
